These Terms of Service (General Membership Agreement or Membership Agreement) between you ("You", "Member", "User") and AdPTC sets out the terms of your membership. You must read, understand and agree to the terms and conditions of this Membership Agreement by marking "I Accept" during registration. If You do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this Membership Agreement AdPTC is unwilling to allow You to become a Member.

1.USER ACCOUNT

1.1. You must have a valid unique e-mail address and valid unique AlertPay/Liberty Reserve account to register with our program.

1.2. You can only have one account per one computer/IP. Any attempt to create more than one account will lead to the termination of all of them.

1.3. You can use multiple IP addresses. Logging in from proxies or shared network environments (such as, but not limited to schools, LAN houses, cybercafés, etc.) is not allowed.

2. REFERRALS

2.1 You may refer an unlimited amount of people.

2.2 Every one of your referrals, as users, must have a valid unique e-mail address and valid unique AlertPay/Liberty Reserve account to register with our program.

2.3 Sending unsolicited mail to people, asking them to join AdPTC without any prior contact with you is not only against our policy, but it is also illegal. We have ZERO tolerance against spamming and if we receive just ONE SINGLE complaint against you for spamming, we first verify that the spam incident did occur and then we delete all current funds in your account. If you are reported as spamming for a second time, we will verify the second incident and then take the necessary steps for terminating your account.

2.4 You only earn from directly referred referrals being them referred directly by you or rented.

2.5 The clicks you earn from referrals are directly related to the clicks you make. The maximum you will receive is only the amount of clicks you've made multiplied by the number of referrals you have. The referral clicks will be calculated based on the clicks you made on the previous day. These calculations are based on the server time which can be seen in the "View Advertisements" page.

2.6 A referral will never be able to modify the member who referred him/her.

2.7 The amount of direct referrals clicks is limited based on the referrer's membership and membership time. The users can see the limit in the account page.

3. ANTI-CHEAT POLICY

3.1. Each attempt, in any way, to hack into the system will be logged.

3.2. When you request payout, we will analyze your actions and attempts to hack the system will result in account termination.

3.3 If you are offering or found to be promoting or using any unauthorized third party software or services used to circumvent or defraud AdPTC your account will be terminated without notice. Deletion of your account due to any of these violations results in forfeiture of all account balances. Please note legal action may also be initiated.

4. PAYMENTS TO USERS

4.1. All payments are made via AlertPay and Liberty Reserve.

4.2. The minimum amount paid is $1.00.

4.3. You can only request one payment at a time.

4.4. The payments are processed within 5 business days for Standard Members and 2 business days for Premium Members after request.

4.5. You must have a correct and existing AlertPay/Liberty Reserve account. All payments will go directly to that user's account and cannot be canceled.

5. PAYMENTS TO ADPTC

5.1. All payments are to be made using the links available at the site. No other method of payment will be accepted.

5.2. All payments are non-refundable.

5.3. All chargebacks or reversed transactions made on your payments will lead to an immediate account suspension.

6. ACCOUNT TERMINATION

6.1. We have the right to suspend your account at any time for any valid reason including, but not limited to, the disrespect of our Terms of Service.

6.2. All suspended accounts will have all their balances reset, all associated referrals taken away and no refunds will be given.

7. LIABILITY

7.1. AdPTC will not be liable for any kind of delays or failures that are not directly related to AdPTC and therefore beyond our control.

7.2. By joining AdPTC, you agree that you shall be fully responsible for any filing of taxes that is required by your governmental authorities. Because of our worldwide international status - we will not do this for you.

8. ADVERTISEMENTS

8.1. We accept any kind of advertisement except for pages that break out of frames, have malicious code, redirect to another page, have adult or illegal content.

8.2. We reserve the right to deny any advertisement that we do not see fit to be displayed.

9. FORUM

9.1. You have access to reading the forum, except for private areas.

9.2. When registered and logged in, you can post new topics and answer in previously created ones in the forum.

9.3. You must respect other users in the forum under the penalty of being banned from it if you don't.

9.4. You have the right to express yourself without offending other users.

9.5. All kinds of publicity, attempts to get referrals and money exchange/requests are prohibited.

9.6. Any accusation without proof, intimidation or threat against AdPTC and/or AdPTC staff will be seen as disrespectful and may lead to the removal of the privilege of using the forum as well as the permanent suspension of your account or the temporary suspension of membership.
